Mitchell is in town for three weeks – September 23 until October 10th – and will be offering SI (aka Rolfing) sessions. This work supports a focus on structural alignment, core activation and the resolution of long-term strain. The process involves deep, slow work with connective tissue layers and can be received as an individual session – e.g. shoulder stress – or as a more holistic series.
Mitchell is an authorized teacher of Ashtanga and thus has an approach that is sympathetic to the needs of yoga practitioners.
