Sam is a Canadian-Chinese friend from Mysore who runs Saturday Sweets, his weekly dessert pop-up during the KPJAYI season. He’s done this for the past eight years and lines for his sweets in Mysore go literally round the block. We’re lucky and excited to have him do a pop-up at the studio on Saturday, April 21 featuring an assortment of raw, vegan and non-vegan desserts.
