“Rags” at TheatreWorks through April 30
We recommend “Rags”, the newest TheatreWorks musical which opened April 8 in Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. It is about the Eastern European Jewish immigration to the US in the early 1900s, and completely appropriate for today’s issues about immigration. The music is a wonderful mix of jazz, Klezmer, and Broadway show tunes. An energetic, moving, and poignant production, with good character development. Go see it! Plays through April 30.
