Led Primary at 9.00 am on Sundays 12/27 and 01/03
Dear ashtangis,
This Sunday 12/27 and the following one 01/03, led primary will take place from 9-10.30am instead of 7-8.30am. I hope that you will enjoy the extra sleep and that you will be able to join us for practice. It’d be the perfect way to end 2020 and to start 2021 on a positive note! You can even join for just part of the class. Practicing just the Sun Salutations together would already be wonderful. The more the merrier!
