The Vagus Nerve plays a central role in our overall health. It is also quite unique in the sense that we can activate, stimulate or strengthen it a little bit as we do with a muscle. Yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation are excellent tools in that regard. And so is chanting, as seen in this article which inspired Tatiana to seriously consider joining us on Sundays. Will you join us too? 😉
