There is a series of Ashtanga workshops with David Swenson at Yoga Tree Valencia this weekend. Is anyone planning on attending? If so, would anyone be interested in carpooling to the studio? I’ve signed myself up for the Sunday 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm inversions and backbends workshop.
