Fall is the best season for a food-based cleanse since it helps to nourish the body and get rid of any built-up toxins. To get pleasant and efficient cleanse experience, it is important to know specific and delicious recipes. Having studied Ayurveda and cleansing every fall, I will be teaching an Ayurvedic cooking class, with a “Fall Cleansing” theme, on November 10th from 3-6pm in Cupertino.
I will also be teaching an additional class with a focus on Snacks, Desserts, and Breakfast. We will learn how to prepare these using plant based ingredients and make them readily available, even as soon as you finish your Ashtanga practice. This second class will be on December 8th from 3-6pm.
In both classes, we will prepare several recipes and later taste our creations and talk about the Ayurvedic cleanse, lifestyle or anything that inspires you.
