Carsten Patrick Spies

Hi Yoga Family –

Terence, August and I would like to announce the arrival of Carsten Patrick Spies on December 27, 2008 at 12:15pm. An entirely opposite pregnancy from August’s, I had been on “bedrest” for two months due to preterm labor issues. Carsten was full term! 🙂  We are all healthy and adjusting to life with two kids.
